Word counts are used as a starting point for proofreading, copy editing and substantial editing quotes and include tables, captions, headings, sub-headings etc - editing takes longer depending upon the level of work needed.
If you’d like an upfront quote, please send me your writing. Any quote for editing is based on the original and not the final word count (as this is usually lower).
Charges for Substantial Edits, Developmental Editing and rewrites start from £35 per hour
In the event that an online meeting is needed, that can’t be solved through email, these are charged at £15 per hour

Different tasks are going to take different amounts of time and I would ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for work needed. If something is urgent or there’s a deadline then I will need all the necessary content at least a week in advance, so that there’s plenty of time to get the work completed.

I will try my hardest to meet your expectations and provide you with the best service I possibly can – but sometimes that won’t work for either of us. Once all outstanding bills are settled, then we can shake hands and move on.
As the Social Media Package and Services are paid upfront there is no notice period. At the end of the month, or paid service, as stated in our contracts, the term will conclude.
As for the other services, once all our bills are settled then we are all settled.
