On behalf of a partner, we investigated and resolved problems preventing stable RDP access to a group of virtual machines in Microsoft Azure. The fault was traced to misconfigured virtual networking and VPN settings, affecting secure external connections.

Our fix included:

• Diagnosis of network routing and gateway issues

• Repair of the Azure VPN gateway and associated network objects

• Reconfiguration of NSGs, DNS, and IP addressing

• Validation of RDP access across all VMs in the cluster
