We designed and implemented a custom show tracking form for Landmark Theatres to support the consistent recording of health and safety data and critical show information. This solution ensures compliance, reduces the margin for error, and standardises internal reporting across all venues.

This included installing new wireless access points for improved connectivity, applying a crucial patch to their office phone system, tidying and reorganising the comms room for better accessibility, and resolving issues with their fibre infrastructure to restore stable network performance.

We deployed a multi-user Windows Virtual Machine in Microsoft Azure, enabling secure remote desktop access over VPN for staff working from personal devices. This cloud-based solution supported flexible working without compromising data security, integrating directly with Microsoft 365 and the client’s existing IT setup.

We deployed a new Linux virtual machine in Microsoft Azure, replicating an existing system used for automated API data scraping. The VM was built manually to match the original configuration, with careful scheduling to ensure minimal down time and seamless continuation of background data operations.
